Our art consists of three different styles. The curriculum is designed so that each of the styles are complementary and help the student in their growth.
- Won Hop Loong Chuan (wan he long quan) - "complete unified dragon style"
This is an old Chinese style (with some modern modifications), and is the primary one that we study. You can read more about it here.
- Pyong Hwa Do - "peaceful system way"
Although sometimes thought of as a separate style, pyong hwa do is actually the name given to the introductory curriculum of won hop loong chuan. In a manner of speaking, it is more accurate to say that it is a subset of won hop loong chuan. It consists primarily of the Okinawan curriculum, although it does contain some of the Chinese curriculum as well. You can read more about it here.
- Wu Style Taijiquan - "grand ultimate style"
Taijiquan is a soft internal art, and our version comes from the Wu family. You can read more about it here.
